Fun fact: we used to call ourselves documentary wedding photographers. But we don't align with this phrase anymore! Here's why...
Documentary Wedding Photography is the buzz-word that most couples find when researching photographers. It narrows your search from the more traditional and posed approach, to those of us who are more about, well -authentically 'documenting' the day.
It's true that we match this description. We really love capturing your wedding as it happens in front of us. Those natural photos make up a huge portion of every wedding gallery we deliver and it's those special moments you'll treasure in the years to come.
BUT - we aren't entirely documentary.
We're there to set up the first look with those special to you, from a parent to your wedding party. We're there to organise the confetti moment and to create some awesome fun moments with your wedding party. We'll talk to your family and friends and get right into the mix of the dancefloor action.
Yes, we will document your day - but we won't be invisible. To give you the best photos... we'll be there enjoying it with you.
