Last month we had our engagement shoot. Being a photographer myself, I don’t often find myself on the other side of the lens. It’s fair to say I was dreading it. It’s funny because I tell all of my couples not to worry at all when feeling anxious about photos, yet I had a huge amount of nerves heading to the shoot. Afterwards, all I could say was ‘that wasn’t that bad at all!’. I honestly really loved the experience, so much so, I cannot wait for the wedding day to come around and have some taken again.
So, where have I been?
You may have noticed there have been little-to-no weddings updated on my social media platforms so far this year. This is mostly because I really wanted to have the time to experience (and not stress about) the lead up to May. Wedding planning has been simply AMAZING and I cannot wait for our special day to come around. I feel so lucky to have found my soulmate. To be able to relate even more to every couple I have the opportunity to work with is fantastic. I hope I can use my own experience to assist you all in any way I can, but in the meantime, I wanted to share my engagement session with you. Full credit to my wedding photographer Rosie who will be capturing my wedding day this May. She has been simply wonderful throughout – https://www.rosiekelly.co.uk/ ♡♡
