One of the best parts of our job is getting booked for what we can only describe as a *bucket list* venue. It might be one we’ve seen another photographer share on Instagram, Pinterest or spotted on one of my endless 2am tiktok scrolls – but either way – we have a list.

When Meg and Will booked us for their colourful wedding at Plas Dinam Country House over in North Wales, we ticked one straight off. We were so excited to be chosen to capture their day and still now it is a top 3 wedding over the past 6 seasons!

Meg and Will had a wild-flower filled Spring wedding, with an indoor ceremony, converse and the coolest bridal denim jacket. Their wedding breakfast took place in my favourite part of the venue – the stables. Their day was styled to perfection, with florals incorporated wherever you looked. Meg also smashed the DIY wedding vibe by hand making a beautiful book mark with a hand written note for every guest as they were seated for food – us included!

It was our first time visiting the venue, but it couldn’t match our edit style more. It’s bright and rustic with the most wonderful grounds. It’s simply a wedding photographers dream. They even had their dog Nellie along for the full wedding day, which made for some lovely photos and moments as a three.
